The RepcoBuddy Paint Can is quick to make friends. People generally want to hang out with him, soaking up his charm and his obvious wit. Take your RepcoBuddy, find some crowds, and start snapping pictures of him hanging out with his peeps--his posse--and you could win one of our Wii's!

The Objective

Pretty simple: just gather a large group of people--the larger the better--put the RepcoBuddy in somebody's hands (somebody up near the front and center), get everybody to smile . . . and snap your picture.

Category Specific Rules

• RULE 1: The RepcoBuddy MUST be positioned prominently in the front and center of the picture (after all, he likes to be the center of attention), held by one of the people in the group.

• RULE 2: Only members of the group who are looking at (addressing) the camera will be counted. (Large group shots of a couple people holding a can, surrounded by an entire stadium ful of people at a U of M game won't count--the people in the picture MUST be posing for the picture. It CANNOT be just a random shot of a large gathering of people.
  

• RULE 3: REMEMBER--ANY "PHOTOSHOPPED" OR COMPUTER-MANIPULATED IMAGE SUBMITTED TO THIS CATEGORY WILL RESULT IN A DISQUALIFICATION OF ALL OF AN ENTRANTS PHOTOS FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONTEST. (We don't like to be hard-nosed about this, but we want a fair contest. If you're going to Photoshop a photo, please submit it to the Photoshopped! category).
  

• Sheer Numbers of People. (What more is there to say? Get your friends together, your church group, your family and start taking pictures).

• Comedy Value of the Shot. (Hey, we're not terribly stuffy here--if you send us something really, really funny, that's definitely going to help your chances).
  

• Unique Location/Setting. (Sure, a shot outside your church with your entire congregation is cool . . . but what if you took all those people and dumped them in a public pool and snapped your picture?)
  

• Excessive Homage Paid to RepcoLite. (Don't be afraid to blow smoke and unabashedly sing the praises of RepcoLite. Everybody in the group holding regular RepcoLite Paint cans and smiling is going to go a loooooong way in our eyes!)

• Remarkable Creativity. (Just be as creative as possible. Don't let our guidelines pigeon-hole you into a particular idea of what the photo should look like. It's completely open-ended. Put something together that's clean, tasteful, and fun and try to get the attention of our judges!)
