This fast drying, multi-purpose primer can be used on many porous construction materials such as wood, plaster, hardboard and other composite materials.  It is not affected by moisture when dry, so it can be used inside or outside.  Do not use as a primer for drywall or ferrous metals.  This primer effectively seals back smoke, pen and pencil, and water stains.  Its quick dry feature means that it can normally be recoated in 45 to 60 minutes with alkyd or latex-based paints and enamels.  May be tinted with up to 4 oz. per gallon of universal colorant to approximate finish coat color for better 2 coat work.
