44310 ProSelect Wall Sealer 

This professional quality latex-based sealer is designed to seal porous interior construction materials such as drywall, acoustical tile, plaster and poured concrete walls.  The outstanding hiding and build of this product makes it the sealer of choice for drywall.  It minimizes the surface differences between joints and the board and it provides good holdout for semi gloss, satin sheen and eggshell top coats.  It can be used under both latex and oil-based finish coats.
